‘Crime Puzzle’ is a thriller in pursuit of the truth between a criminal psychologist Han Seung-min (Yoon Kye-sang), who confesses to murder, and his ex-lover and detective Yu-hee (Go Ah-seong), a detective who investigates the background of the case as an investigator.
The story of Han Seung-min, who is imprisoned in prison, and Yoo-hee’s pursuit of a mysterious murder case, and the closely intertwined two-track story maximize the pleasure of the genre.
While attention is focused on Yoon Kye-sang and Go Ah-seong’s shocking transformation, the teaser poster is taking off the veil and raising expectations. Han Seung-min and Yoo-hee, who stare at each other without a single shake, there is a suffocating tension between the two. Han Seung-min, a famous criminal psychologist, confesses to murdering his lover Yoo-hee’s father. The phrase “I killed him” added to his handcuffed figure makes him even more curious about the secret of his imprisoned in prison.
Yoo-hee’s hard gaze, which seems to see through Han Seung-min’s inner side, is also interesting. Han Seung-min and Yoo-hee, who can’t read emotions, hotly collide with each other, causing goosebumps. Light and darkness form one shadow puzzle, and the shape that separates the two is also significant. It heralds the inevitable confrontation between Han Seung-min and Yoo-hee, whose lives have been turned upside down from lovers to murderers and investigators.
The question is amplified as to what kind of truth will be revealed if the scattered pieces are stitched together.
Yoon Kye-sang plays Han Seung-min, a criminal psychologist who hides a rough and hot side behind a cynical face. What is the reason why he, who has a genius brain, throws himself into the fire of hell and fights a terrible battle? Yoon Kye-sang transforms into a monster, from a fierce brain battle in prison to a grueling hand-to-hand battle to survive.
Yoo-hee, played by Go Ah-seong, is an elite detective with sharp intuition. We look forward to the performance of ‘key player’ Go Ah-seong, who tenaciously approaches the reality of the case on a board where truth and lies are mixed.
