OCN is planning a new Saturday and Sunday drama ‘Chimera’.

‘Chimera’ confirmed the first broadcast on October 30th with the appearances of actors Park Hae-soo, Su-hyeon, and Lee Hee-jun, and heralded the birth of a well-made drama to decorate the end of the year.

Chimera’ is the story of the three main characters working together to find the true culprit, ‘Chimera’, after the explosion that started the ‘Chimera Incident’, a serial murder case in 1984, occurred again in 2019 in a similar form. A story about uncovering hidden secrets.

‘Chimera’ is the name of a monster that appears in Greek mythology with a lion’s head, a goat’s body, and a snake’s tail, and breathing fire from its mouth. The title alone makes the audience look forward to the overwhelming scale of the explosion in the central event of the drama and the storyline full of urgency in the future.

In particular, actor Park Hae-soo, who captivated viewers by showing impressive performances through Netflix’s original ‘Squid Game‘ and tvN’s ‘Wise Prison Life’, will play the role of perfectionist homicide detective Cha Jae-hwan.

Actress Soo-hyeon, who has been loved both in Korea and abroad for her appearance in films such as Avengers: Age of Ultron and Fantastic Beasts and the Crimes of Grindelwald, is a profiler from the FBI who was adopted to the United States as a child in the drama. She will take on the role of Eugene and will once again reveal her presence with her strong acting ability.
