Park Eun-bin and Rowoon of ‘The King’s Affection’, released a group poster

KBS 2TV’s new Monday-Tuesday drama ‘The King’s Affection‘ has released group posters of Park Eun-bin, Rowoon, Nam Yun-su, Choi Byeong-chan, Bae Yoon-kyung, and Jeong Chae-yeon.

It is a secret royal romance drama that takes place when a child who was born as twins and was abandoned just for being a girl becomes the crown prince through the death of her brother, ahead of the first broadcast on October 11th.

The six youths, Park Eun-bin, Rowoon, Nam Yun-su, Choi Byeong-chan, Bae Yoon-kyung, and Jeong Chae-yeon, who will play the brilliant and faint feelings of love, gathered in one image frame.

First, the crown prince ‘Lee Hwi’ (Park Eun-bin), who has the dignity of a monarch, is looking sternly in the middle. In the midst of a suffocating power struggle, her eyes, who keep secrets that should not be uncovered, implicitly convey the breathtaking tension in the palace.
‘Jung Ji-woon’ (Rowoon), who is guarding Hwi’s side in the closest position, goes along with the fatal secret and fate.

And the royal servant ‘Lee Hyun’ (Nam Yoon-soo), who sits with a gentle smile, is in fact imprisoned in his love for someone. It is expected to add affection to this secret romance narrative.

Next, ‘Kim Ga-on’ (Choi Byung-chan), who is maintaining his position as an escort samurai who takes care of Hwi, is as mysterious as an unknown expression. The secret move seems to stimulate curiosity and create tension.

Lee Jo-pan-seo’s only daughter, Shin So-eun (Bae Yoon-kyung), who occupies the seat next to Ji-woon, has no gaps enough to have a definite beginning and an end. Also, with a bold personality that knows how to get what you want, it adds a chewy narrative to the romance of the royal court.

Finally, the youngest daughter of the military police officer ‘Noh Ha-kyung’ (Jung Chae-yeon), who lights up the surroundings with a graceful and flawless smile, forms various relationships with the people she worked with, adding vitality to the development.

While curious about the colorful narratives such as love, conflict, and friendship that those who depart with “the heart that should not be embraced” are curious, the production team said, “The six actors, who are radiating refreshing energy, are beautiful and sad with various stories. On October 11th, we will visit the small screen with a drama that will blow a beautiful love affair in the hearts of viewers.”

‘The King’s Affection’ will be directed by Song Hyeon-wook, the master of romance dramas such as ‘Beauty Inside’ and ‘Oh Hae-young Again’, and written by Han Hee-jung, who wrote ‘Clean with Passion for Now,’ to ensure completeness. It will premiere on October 11th at 9:30 PM.
