Yoo Ah-in and Jeon Jong-seo's Best Actor Award

‘Mogadishu’ wins 6 awards including Best Picture at the Buil Film Awards… Yoo Ah-in and Jeon Jong-seo’s Best Actor Award

Yoo Ah-in for ‘Voice of Silence’ and Jeon Jong-seo for ‘Call’ won the Best Actor and Actress awards.

Yoo Ah-in said, “After playing a character without a line in ‘Voice of Silence’, he said, “Recently, I filmed a movie with senior Lee Byung-hun called ‘Games’, but there weren’t many lines there either. After that, I met a new work, and I am playing a character with a lot of lines. I think I’ve seen a lot of good things about the lack of lines in ‘Voice of Silence’. These days, I feel grateful to director Hong Ui-jeong for sending such a strategic scenario to a male actor.” He also said, “It’s really not as easy as saying awkward words when I was a rookie for the first time since I didn’t do the lines and then did it again. I have a long way to go in the future, but I want to live as an actor who can melt my existence into a movie, with or without lines, with or without a face, and who can impress the audience with that work,” he added.

Jeon Jong-seo said, “The young-sook I played in ‘Call’ was a character I’ve wanted to try at least once since I first started acting. Director Lee Choong-hyun of ‘Call’ who allowed me to meet such an interesting character, and senior Park Shin-hye who I worked with, as well as the staff who worked hard to make the film, and the audience and the public who loved ‘Call’, thank you.” She also said, “I will continue to come back with such fun acting and various characters. Thank you.”

Heo Jun-ho of ‘Mogadishu’ and Kim Seon-young of ‘Three Sisters’ won the Best Supporting Actor Award. Kim Seon-young said, “I received the Buil Film Award 4 years ago, and I received it again. I wonder what will happen if I don’t give it again.” Heo Jun-ho could not attend because he was abroad.

University I thank the professor for reaching out to me when I was lost in the fog.”
