Actor Cha Seung-won transformed from head to toe into a third-class lawyer specializing in ‘visual destruction’.
Cha Seung-won, who has always been proud of his sophistication as a fashionista, will take on the role of Shin Joong-Han, a lawyer at the bottom, where his survival is more important than the truth of the client in ‘One Ordinary Day’.
It was the first time in an actor’s life that he fought bare-faced and completely increased the level of immersion in the drama. In addition to growing hair with long hair, he added a sloppy outfit following the installation of a beard to complete a character that could not be seen in any other works.
In this regard, stills were released on the 6th that give a glimpse into the unstoppable daily life of Cha Seung-won. In the drama, the scene where Shin Joong-Han, who is suffering from severe atopy, works and spends his daily life at the ‘Cautious Law Office’, which is his office and residence. While he works passionately with a pile of papers behind him, he draws attention by taking off his socks and sticking his feet out on the desk to manage atopy.
Cha Seung-won said, “I decided to appear in ‘One Ordinary Day’ because it was interesting to deal with the criminal justice system from a public point of view.” He also defined the prudence he expressed as “a character who initially defends a student who is caught up in a murder for his own benefit, but changes over time.”
In addition, he asked for support by saying, “It will be a fun observation point to watch ‘One Ordinary Day’ and find out if the culprit is Hyun-soo, or who else it is, together with Chong-han.”
The production team said, “Cha Seung-won enhances the immersion of the drama with his acting that has absorbed all of Shin Joong-Han’s in ‘One Ordinary Day’.
‘One Ordinary Day’ will be released exclusively through Coupang Play in November.
